Return Policy

We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchased item, you will have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit a Return Request and send back your item(s). All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions. Late returns are accepted at Mi.Aren’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.


We accept returns & exchanges on all regular and sale priced items.


General Terms of Returns:
1. Returns must be made with original packaging or box.
2. The return of a product will not be accepted if the original packaging/box is damaged, if the product is broken or incomplete, or if it cannot be resold.
3. When returning a product, you must complete the appropriate fields of the returns form on the original invoice and sign and attach it to the product.


Mi.Aren does not charge shipping for any Domestic Shipment within TURKEY. However the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.


If you live outside Republic of Turkey, you are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any customs duties or taxes that your return package incurs.

We will require the reason of return, your order number and the photos of unused jewelry for return authorization.

 


For faulty/damaged returns:


For International shipments outside of Republic of Turkey, you are responsible for the cost to return your item(s). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned package has been received and your refund has been processed.


Please check the products at the time of delivery, to see that they have arrived COMPLETE, INTACT, and that an INVOICE has been included. If you didn’t receive your invoice with your order, you should inform us via our “Contact Form”.


The shipment service will ask for your signature as proof of complete and intact receipt of the products. You should not take delivery of damaged products, and have the delivery staff take note of the issue. Such products will be replaced within 14 work days. In such cases, you will not be asked for further shipping charges or product fees.


If you fail to notice at the time of delivery that the product is faulty and you take receipt of the product and later wish to return it, the Customer Services department will ask you to send a photo of the product indicating the damage or defect. If a review of the case concludes that the problem was not caused by the consumer, the product will be replaced. When returning a product that is to be replaced, you must complete the appropriate fields of the returns form on the original invoice and sign and attach it to the product.


Gift Returns: If you have received an item as a gift, you may return it for a store credit to your Mi.Aren Online Store (to create an Account, visit http://www.miaren.com) Store credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase.


To return a gift, please email info@miaren.com and confirm the following:

  1. Full name & the email address associated with your MI.AREN Account
  2. Order Number
  3.  Reason for return
  4.  Pictures of the product      

Made-To-Order Returns:  These items are non returnable
